Speed

Once the fibre at your address can carry 8 Gbps, we upgrade your line to match. Your plan and your price stay the same.

$130 a month, plus tax

- Month to month. Stop on any day you choose, and we refund the days left in your prepaid month.
- Your first payment covers your first month and your installation, and goes through as soon as your installation date is set.
Installation
Almost every new line gets a visit from a technician. Your technician fits a compact fibre box, the optical network terminal (ONT), on loan from the fibre network for as long as your line runs. Your router connects to the box's Ethernet port.
- $240.86 with a technician visit, paid with your first month. Then $10 is credited on each of your first 24 bills while you stay connected, returning $240 in all.
- $10.46 when your line is ready as it stands. Some lines are ready for service as they are, and skip the technician visit.
IPv6 and IPv4
A static IPv6 /48
Native IPv6 comes with a static /48 for your home. It remains yours throughout your service.
IPv4, handled automatically

A static IPv4 address, on request
Want an IPv4 address of your own? Add a static IPv4 address (a /32) to your plan by emailing support. After we add it, your router picks up the address over your connection.
Hosting at home
Run your own services from home, covered by our fair use policy. To host over IPv4, add the static IPv4 address.
Network
Local stays local.
In Newfoundland, traffic between your home and other island networks stays on the island, passing through MUN-IX, the local Internet Exchange.
Straight to Toronto, with low latency.
From Newfoundland, Tuckamore carries your traffic to Toronto on a dedicated path. In Ontario, your home joins the network in Toronto.
