We leave cookies, analytics and advertising trackers out of the website entirely. Browse, read and compare at your own pace.
What your service needs
To bring fibre internet to your home, we ask for four details:
- Your name, for your account and your service.
- Your email, where your contract and Critical Information Summary arrive within one business day of ordering.
- Your service address, which we confirm with the fibre network to book your installation date.
- Your payment details, which Stripe handles.
Traffic on your line
We measure how much traffic your line carries, for our fair use policy. Your plan has one flat price.
Your information and PIPEDA
We look after your personal information as Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) sets out.
